We are a growing SaaS company currently looking for a Talent Sourcer to support our hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical sourcing, specifically targeting candidates with 1-2 years of experience in software development, engineering, or related tech roles.
Roles and responsibilities
Source potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and other sourcing tools
Screen resumes and evaluate technical profiles for alignment with job requirements
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Collaborate with internal hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements
Maintain accurate records of candidate outreach and engagement
Job requirements
Must have
1 to 2 years of experience in technical talent sourcing
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
Experience identifying early-career or junior-level talent
Experience in hiring different tech stacks and developer roles
Strong communication and organisational skills
