Job description

We are a growing SaaS company currently looking for a Talent Sourcer to support our hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical sourcing, specifically targeting candidates with 1-2 years of experience in software development, engineering, or related tech roles.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and other sourcing tools

  • Screen resumes and evaluate technical profiles for alignment with job requirements

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

  • Collaborate with internal hiring managers and recruiters to understand job requirements

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate outreach and engagement

Job requirements

Must have

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in technical talent sourcing

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools

  • Experience identifying early-career or junior-level talent

  • Experience in hiring different tech stacks and developer roles

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
