Product Designer

We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer who builds product-first thinking into every experience. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the future of our digital products from early discovery and user research, through interactive prototypes, to final UI and implementation. As a core member of the product team, you’ll partner with product managers and developers to deliver outstanding user experiences that solve real user problems and scale with business growth.

You’ll help craft the vision, drive design decisions, and influence product direction with a strong focus on both UX and UI quality.

Roles and responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process: research, ideation, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs.

• Define product design strategy, user flows, information architecture, and interaction models.

• Translate complex problems into intuitive, user-centered solutions.

• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure design intent is maintained through implementation.

• Contribute to and evolve our design system, pattern library, and UX standards.

• Validate designs through usability testing and data-informed iteration.

• Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Must have

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating real product work and thoughtful design process, not just final screens.

• Expertise in UX/UI principles, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping.

• Experience working on digital products end-to-end — from research to delivery.

• Excellent collaboration skills with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions

Good to have

• Basic coding skills (HTML/CSS/JS or similar) a solid understanding of how frontend technologies work, not just “vibe coding”.

• Experience with design systems and component-driven interfaces.

• Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing, or user research tools
