Job description

We are a growing SaaS company currently looking for a Talent Sourcer to support our hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical sourcing, specifically targeting candidates with 0-6 months of experience in software development, engineering, or related technical roles.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.

  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various job portals.

  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

Job requirements

Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 0–6 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or internships in a similar field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
