Job description
We are a growing SaaS company currently looking for a Talent Sourcer to support our hiring efforts. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical sourcing, specifically targeting candidates with 0-6 months of experience in software development, engineering, or related technical roles.
Roles and responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process under the guidance of senior team members.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various job portals.
Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
Job requirements
Must have
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–6 months of experience in HR, recruitment, or internships in a similar field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.
