We are looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to support our AnswerForce brand across the US, reporting to the Senior Mattering & Visibility Analyst.
Although we can be viewed as a big international company, we feel and operate very much like a start-up and it is an all hands on deck mentality! You need to be comfortable with rapid change, a fast-paced environment and can collaborate across a diverse range of cultures.
Roles and responsibilities
Support the growth of our brand acquisition through digital marketing channels.
Optimise paid search and social campaigns across platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
Monitor campaign performance and strategies to improve metrics (CTR, conversions, CPA) and grow AnswerForce.
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting; regularly report on results and learnings.
Support the creation of new content and SEO activities to drive organic traffic and target audience engagement.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential keywords.
Create and improve email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and acquisition.
Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to stakeholders, clearly communicating key results.
Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Job requirements
About You.
Proven track record of successfully optimising paid social and search campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
Previous experience in SEO, CRO, and managing email marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data tools (LookerStudio, Google Sheets).
Have the desire to learn and grow.
Great communication skills, with the ability to build a great rapport with colleagues across the world.
Proactive with new ideas.
Strong attention to detail.
