We are looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to support our AnswerForce brand across the US, reporting to the Senior Mattering & Visibility Analyst.

Although we can be viewed as a big international company, we feel and operate very much like a start-up and it is an all hands on deck mentality! You need to be comfortable with rapid change, a fast-paced environment and can collaborate across a diverse range of cultures.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Support the growth of our brand acquisition through digital marketing channels.

  • Optimise paid search and social campaigns across platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.

  • Monitor campaign performance and strategies to improve metrics (CTR, conversions, CPA) and grow AnswerForce.

  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting; regularly report on results and learnings.

  • Support the creation of new content and SEO activities to drive organic traffic and target audience engagement.

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential keywords.

  • Create and improve email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and acquisition.

  • Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to stakeholders, clearly communicating key results.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Job requirements

About You.

  • Proven track record of successfully optimising paid social and search campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Previous experience in SEO, CRO, and managing email marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data tools (LookerStudio, Google Sheets).

  • Have the desire to learn and grow.

  • Great communication skills, with the ability to build a great rapport with colleagues across the world.

  • Proactive with new ideas.

  • Strong attention to detail.
