Job description
Roles and responsibilities
Develop and implement training plans for various teams across the organization.
Design and create comprehensive in-house training programs, while building effective curricula to improve learning outcomes and skill development.
Provide employees with detailed information about training sessions and programs.
Maintain an up-to-date curriculum database and accurate training records.
Present training materials in an engaging, clear, and concise manner.
Assess the effectiveness of training sessions by collecting feedback from employees using a variety of tools and methods.
Job requirements
Must have
1-2 years of proven experience as a Training Facilitator, Content developer, Trainer, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate environment.
Knowledge of both traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
Strong presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to write with precision, clarity, and conciseness.
Familiarity with learning management systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
Workspace requirements
A private workroom with the ambience to handle calls.
Ready for Video calls at all times. Video calls are an integral part of maintaining the human connection while working from Anywhere.
Good Internet speed (Above 100 MBPS Download and Upload) with the ability to be wired (LAN).
Power backup (if you have frequent power cut issues).
