Roles and responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Build business relationships with current and potential clients to facilitate usage and retention.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Answer potential client questions, follow up calls, and respond to requests for proposals.
  • Make outbound calls to new and potential clients.
  • Convert free customers to paid customers through plan upgrades to improve customer lifetime value.
  • Generate referrals and positive reviews from clients to create Word of Mouth impact.
  • Meet or exceed quotas for calls, appointments, demonstrations, and conversions/upgrades.
  • Maintain a pipeline of all leads using CRM software.
  • Demonstrate the product to potential customers to assess product-market fit and reduce churn.
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Job requirements

Must have

  • 0-2 years of experience in US/UK/Canada customer-facing sales/onboarding roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication.
  • Product demonstration skills are an advantage.
  • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
  • Understanding of SAAS & Subscription Economy.
  • Learning & growth mindset.
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach and handling objections.
  • Problem-solving skills and aptitude to improvise, adapt and overcome
  • Articulate with business acumen.
  • Metrics, detail-oriented, and strong time-management skills.
  • Predominantly night shift working hours.

Workspace requirements

  • A private workroom with the ambience to handle calls.
  • Ready for Video calls at all times. Video calls are an integral part of maintaining the human connection while working from Anywhere.
  • Good Internet speed (Above 50 MBPS Download and Upload) with the ability to be wired (LAN).
  • Power backup (if you have frequent power cut issues).
